We are looking for an Executive Assistant
Reporting to the Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Director and his team: managing the schedule, organizing meetings and travel, taking meeting minutes, placing purchase orders, managing the intranet section, tracking invoices, registering for training courses, etc.
You prepare materials for various meetings and perform ad hoc analyses to produce various reports and statistics.
With a BTS degree in Executive Assistance, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an international company.
Your independence, organizational skills, adaptability, and discretion are well recognized. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and various IT tools.
Operational level of English required.
Permanent part-time position available. Position based in Quimper.
